Shipping Rates

Here at Premier Workplace Solutions (PWS), we ship our products all over New Zealand.  Shipping costs are added at the checkout stage.  For the majority of our products we charge a flat rate so you know what the total freight will be before ordering.

The delivery price is based on delivery location.

SHIPPING RATES – STANDARD FLAT RATE:

Auckland and Waikato $15.00+GST

Rest of North Island $19.50+GST
South Island (2 day inter-island service) $21.50 +GST

The freight cost is shown in the description of each product page.

SMALL Package:

Some of our smaller items go out in a courier bag with NZ Couriers.  The flat rate for these are $9.50 + GST for the whole of New Zealand.

SHIPPING RATES – HEAVIER ITEMS:

Some of our heavier items do incur a small additional freight fee.  So below are the flat rates for the heavier items.

Auckland and Waikato  $19.50 + GST
Rest of North Island – $24.50 + GST
South Island (2 Day Inter-island Service) – $26.50 + GST

SHIPPING – “TO BE BILLED ADDITIONALLY”:

For a few of our products it is difficult to predict the shipping costs on some of our larger items. As such, freight for bulky items such as speed humps and the larger cable and hose protectors are billed additionally.  This is so that we can get you the most economical freight cost based on volume and location.

FREE SHIPPING:

All of our Convex Mirrors have free shipping throughout New Zealand.

South Island overnight delivery:  If you require an overnight delivery to the South Island, please call us on 07 846 3089 and we will let you know what the freight charge is. Our standard South Island freight in based on a 2 day inter-island service.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Premier Workplace Solutions containing your order details.

Once the order has been received and processed we will send you through a full tax invoice and confirm the order has been processed.

We will attempt to send your goods via the selected shipping method within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer, but we will let you know.

Products that are custom manufactured, custom ordered or subject to longer lead times will be indicated (where possible) on the particular products page.
