How do I find the product I am looking for?
Premier Safety Solutions has tried to place all our products on logical categories. The main category headers are shown on navigation bar at the top of under "Product Categories"
Click on one of these categories or sub categories to reach the category page.
Alternatively you can see the categories from the home page.
You can then browse through the different products. Click on the actual products to give you the product information and prices.
Alternatively you can use the search function on the top right of the page. Type in the product description or the part number if you know it, and our search engine will come up with a list of most suited links for you to click on. Click on any of these links to take you directly to the product description.
How do I order through the Website?
Browse through our product range using the navigation bars and select the product you require.
Enter the quantity you require, then click the “Add To Cart” button
The product you have ordered should now appear in a box at the top of the page.
You can now either continue shopping or checkout your order. When you have all the products you need, click the “checkout” button
You will be asked to fill in a form requesting all the details we will need to process your order, including delivery details and selected payment methods (see below)
What payment methods are available?
Premier Workplace Solutions offers a number of quick, secure payment methods.
We are happy to accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card – Pay using your Credit or Debit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex
- Pay by Paypal
- Direct Transfer – For payments by EFT we will email you through a tax invoice which includes our payment details. Once payment has been received we will courier the products out to you.

After ordering online, you will receive a full tax invoice from us by email with confirmation of the order and the shipping details.
All our products are shipped with either PBT Couriers or NZ Couriers.
What is the benefit of creating a customer account?
Customer accounts let you log in to view your orders, profile information, and saved addresses. When a customer logs in, the details stored in their account are auto-filled during checkout for a faster checkout experience.
I can't see anything in our mirrors?
All our mirrors come with a protective film on them to prevent scratching. If you go to the edge of the mirror, carefully peel away the protective film to reveal the mirror.
How do I insert the cables into the cable protector?
As many of our cable protectors are furled up for shipping, we are unable to open the cable slits on the underside of the cable protector prior to shipping to prevent damage to the cable protector.
Get a sharp box cutter knife or equivalent and slowly run it down the groove on the underside of the cable protector to open up the channel. Then slot the cables inside of the protector and place with the flat side on the ground.
I can't find the product on the website?
We are constantly in the process of adding new products to our site, however if you can’t find a product we will do our best to source it for you.
