SHIPPING INFORMATION

Here at Premier Workplace Solutions (PWS), we ship our products all over New Zealand.  Shipping costs are added at the checkout stage.  For the majority of our products we charge a flat rate so you know what the total freight will be before ordering.

South Island overnight delivery:  If you require an overnight delivery to the South Island, please call us on 09 402 6750 and we will let you know what the freight charge is. Our standard South Island freight in based on a 2 day inter-island service.

The delivery price is based on delivery location.

SHIPPING RATES – STANDARD FLAT RATE:

Auckland North $13.50+GST
North Island (South of Auckland) $18.50+GST
South Island $19.50+GST

The freight cost is shown in the description of each product page.

SHIPPING RATES – HEAVIER ITEMS:

Some of our heavier items do incur a small additional freight fee.  So below are the flat rates for the heavier items.

Auckland and Northland – $15.50 + GST
Rest of North Island – $20.50 + GST
South Island (2 Day Inter-island Service) – $25.00 + GST

SHIPPING – “TO BE BILLED ADDITIONALLY”:

For a few of our products it is difficult to predict the shipping costs on some of our larger items. As such, freight for bulky items such as speed humps and the larger cable and hose protectors are billed additionally.  This is so that we can get you the most economical freight cost based on volume and location.

If you would like a freight cost prior to ordering please call us on 09 402 6750 or email us on sales@pwsonline.co.nz and we can get you an accurate freight quote.

This will be shown in the shipping information on the relevant product pages.

FREE SHIPPING:

All of our Convex Mirrors have free shipping throughout New Zealand.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Premier Workplace Solutions containing your order details (if you have provided your email address) along with a credit card receipt from the processing company. Once the order has been received and processed we will send you through a full tax invoice and confirm the order has been processed.

We will attempt to send your goods via the selected shipping method  within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Products that are custom manufactured, custom ordered or subject to longer lead times will be indicated (where possible) on the particular products page.

Where there is an expected delay of 7 days or more and this has not been indicated to you, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

Returns within 30 days:

Refunds (for the purchase price of goods, excluding freight and return shipping) will be automatically granted for orders that arrive damaged, are defective or are not fit for purpose if advised within 30 days. The products must be returned for verification purposes at which time the refund will be processed. If you wish to return an order as you have changed your mind, goods must be returned in original condition. Premier Workplace Solutions reserves the right to charge a freight fee and restocking fee at our discretion. Please email sales@pwsonline.co.nz or call 09 402 6750.  Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to Premier Workplace Solutions is to be borne by you unless otherwise stated.

Returns outside 30 days:

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law are not limited by a defined time. However, the New Zealand Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period can vary from product to product, depending on factors such as the nature of the product and the price. Premier Workplace Solutions reserves the right to charge a freight fee and restocking fee at our discretion. For any product return outside of 30 days, please email sales@pwsonline.co.nz or call 09 402 6750 for further advice. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to Premier Workplace Solutions is to be borne by you unless otherwise stated.

Special Exceptions

The above policy excludes all custom made goods, and any goods that have been installed.

If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.
